Requirements

  • Full-Time Maintenance Technician
  • Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Must be able to manage and check work order system.
  • Must be able to complete all work orders in a timely manner.
  • Must be able to document completion or further action as necessary.
  • Must be able to complete and document scheduled preventative maintenance.
  • Must be able to assist in completion/scheduling of building inspections.
  • Must be able to complete garbage and recycling control.
  • Must be able to maintain trash rooms to prevent odors.
  • Must be able to assist with life safety system issues and support.
  • Must be able to occasionally drive the bus.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all vacant units are rent ready and prepped for scheduled admissions.
  • Assist with maintenance repairs, painting, carpet cleaning, and preventative maintenance throughout the property as assigned by Maintenance.
  • Maintain all areas of the building including the grounds.
  • Complete daily walk through of property to ensure safe and homelike environment.
  • Manage and check work order system, complete all work orders in a timely manner, document completion or further action as necessary.
  • Complete and document scheduled preventative maintenance as assigned by Maintenance Director.
  • Assist in completion/scheduling of building inspections (elevator, sprinkler, fire, life safety) per regulations and under the Maintenance Director.
  • Complete garbage and recycling control and maintain trash rooms to prevent odors.
  • Assist with life safety system (emergency alarm, nurse call) issues and support – outsource as necessary.
  • Occasionally drive the bus as needed.
