Requirements

Full-Time Maintenance Technician
Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Must be able to manage and check work order system.
Must be able to complete all work orders in a timely manner.
Must be able to document completion or further action as necessary.
Must be able to complete and document scheduled preventative maintenance.
Must be able to assist in completion/scheduling of building inspections.
Must be able to complete garbage and recycling control.
Must be able to maintain trash rooms to prevent odors.
Must be able to assist with life safety system issues and support.
Must be able to occasionally drive the bus.

Responsibilities

Ensure all vacant units are rent ready and prepped for scheduled admissions.
Assist with maintenance repairs, painting, carpet cleaning, and preventative maintenance throughout the property as assigned by Maintenance.
Maintain all areas of the building including the grounds.
Complete daily walk through of property to ensure safe and homelike environment.
Manage and check work order system, complete all work orders in a timely manner, document completion or further action as necessary.
Complete and document scheduled preventative maintenance as assigned by Maintenance Director.
Assist in completion/scheduling of building inspections (elevator, sprinkler, fire, life safety) per regulations and under the Maintenance Director.
Complete garbage and recycling control and maintain trash rooms to prevent odors.
Assist with life safety system (emergency alarm, nurse call) issues and support – outsource as necessary.
Occasionally drive the bus as needed.
