About The Position

Bristol Village, a continuing care retirement community in Waverly, OH, is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician/Custodian. This role is part of a team of professionals dedicated to advancing better living and care for seniors. The position operates on Saturdays through Tuesdays from 2:30 PM to 9:00 PM. Bristol Village is owned and operated by National Church Residences, a leading provider of affordable senior housing and healthcare services.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
One to two years of experience.
Knowledge of janitorial equipment and maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance tasks and custodial duties.
Operate janitorial equipment.
Adhere to maintenance procedures.
