Requirements

An adequate toolset is essential for performing daily job tasks efficiently.
Independently troubleshooting and executing repairs are critical to maintaining facilities.
Strong problem-solving skills are essential.
Excellent communication abilities to address maintenance-related work orders efficiently and collaborate with the team.
A valid Ohio driver's license with 4 points or less.
An operable vehicle and proof of insurance.
Flexibility to participate in the on-call rotation is also important.

Nice To Haves

Trade or technical school training combined with at least 2 years of relevant experience as a maintenance technician or mechanic.
Alternatively, 3 years of hands-on experience can also qualify you for this role.

Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues.
Maintain records of repairs.
Ensure compliance with safety standards.
Collaborate closely with the team to respond promptly to work orders.
Maintain a proactive approach to upkeep.
Engage in a variety of tasks, from minor repairs to larger projects, all aimed at keeping facilities in top condition.
Participate in an on-call rotation to address emergencies.
