Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen.
  • Performs the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a Maintenance position preferred.
  • Electrical training/experience with 480 3 phases/machine controls.
  • Background with manufacturing methods, process improvement programs, and procedures required.
  • Ability to successfully multitask in a fast pace environment.
  • The commitment to stay safe and to continue to learn and develop.
  • Satisfactorily completes training courses as determined by management.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with VFD Drives and PLCs preferred.
  • Forklift experience helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Repair, replace, or install various power transmission systems and components including electrical and mechanical devices, such as gears, pulleys, sprockets, belts of various designs, bearings, drive shafts, and couplings.
  • Repair, replace, or install various pneumatics systems and components, including such items as air lines and cylinders, valves, solenoids, pipe, manifolds, and pneumatic circuits.
  • Repair, replace, or install various single and three phase electrical systems and components, such as motors, switches, wiring, conduit, motor starters, contractors, fuses, light bulbs, encoders, and circuit breakers.
  • Repair, replace, or install various hydraulic systems and components to include but not limited to: cylinders, pumps, valves, solenoids, motors, hose, pipe and manifolds.
  • Safely use a variety of maintenance tools and equipment.
  • Fluently reads and uses multi-meters to identify the presence of voltage.
  • Ability to troubleshoot wiring schematics.
  • Ability to troubleshoot automation equipment.
