About The Position
We are seeking a Temporary Maintenance Technician to join our team at a 275-unit residential community in Middletown, NJ. This is a temporary position expected to last 2-3 weeks, starting immediately. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. The pay rate is $18.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Previous maintenance experience preferred.
- Must be bilingual (English & Spanish).
- Valid driver's license required.
- Reliable personal vehicle required.
- Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
- Dependable, hardworking, and available to start immediately.
Responsibilities
- Complete daily resident work orders.
- Perform basic apartment maintenance and repairs.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in the after-hours on-call rotation during the assignment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
