We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to be actively engaged in supporting a new team that takes ownership over safety, electrical, and mechanical maintenance functions of the Towers and Structures facility. The Maintenance Technician will support a production line at our West Hazleton, PA location.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to demonstrate willingness/ability mentioned above in the Basic Job Function
- 5 years experience in Industrial maintenance.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge in mechanical and hydraulic processes.
- Knowledge in the electrical field.
- Experience with Allen Bradley ac drives.
- Knowledge in programmable logics controls.
- Experience with Microsoft office programs: Word and Excel
- Willingness to expand and share technical knowledge
- Experience with maintenance planning in D365
Responsibilities
- Developing assets
- Creating predictive and preventive maintenance process in our computerized maintenance management system(CMMS)
- Coordinating equipment installations across departments
- Manage critical spares
- Safely maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and upgrading production equipment
- Process improvement
- Operation support
- Support plant operations while working closely with all other departments in planning future needs and/or improvements
- Help drive continuous improvements in safety, process efficiency and plant automation
- Initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times
