Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance, including PLC support, facility systems, and manufacturing process equipment. Work collaboratively to resolve issues and enhance operational performance. Operate industrial vehicles, tools, and equipment. Participate in daily continuous improvement efforts to strengthen safety, quality, service, cost efficiency, and engagement. Requirements
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be considered for this 3M Production role, in compliance with U.S. labor and safety laws.
- High School Diploma or GED (completed before prior to start)
- Ability to work second shift
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
Nice To Haves
- 2-year technical degree in Industrial Maintenance, Automation, Controls or other maintenance fields.
- Maintenance experience
- PLC controls systems experience
- Experience troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment
- Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented work style
