About The Position
Join a growing distillery operation where you'll play a hands-on role in keeping equipment, facilities, and grounds running safely and efficiently. As a Maintenance Technician, you'll support daily maintenance activities, troubleshoot issues, and help maximize equipment uptime across the site. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of systems while contributing to continuous improvement and operational success.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, industrial, facilities maintenance, or related environment.
Nice To Haves
- Experience maintaining production, processing, or manufacturing equipment.
- Experience in a food and beverage, distillery, or other industrial manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment, facility systems, and site grounds.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and work to minimize downtime and maintain reliable operations.
- Support facility improvement projects, equipment installations, and general maintenance activities.
- Communicate equipment concerns and maintenance needs to supervisors and cross-functional teams.
- Follow safety procedures and contribute to a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
