This position works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on complex production equipment and systems (e.g., mechanical, electrical). Evaluates and recommends equipment improvements to improve efficiency, capability, and yield. Performs equipment failure analyses (including preventive and unscheduled maintenance). Troubleshoots and diagnoses more complex equipment problems. Prepares technical reports to document equipment modifications and equipment maintenance procedures. This position is 2nd shift (M-F 2:45pm-11:15pm) and is 100% onsite at our Southington, CT manufacturing facility.
