Maintenance Technician
About The Position
Newport Pacific is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for a 262-space park in Poway, California. The role involves a variety of general maintenance tasks requiring strong troubleshooting skills and working knowledge of building and facility maintenance, plumbing and electrical systems, submeter utility systems and meter reading, groundskeeping and landscaping, swimming pool maintenance, and general carpentry. The successful candidate can work independently and as part of a team, and is available to respond to occasional urgent maintenance issues outside normal business hours. Requirements
- At least 1 year of general maintenance experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and proficient knowledge of building and facility maintenance, plumbing and electrical systems, submeter utility systems and meter reading, groundskeeping and landscaping, swimming pool maintenance, and general carpentry.
- Skill in operating hand tools, landscaping equipment, general maintenance equipment, and safety equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
