Join the AMLI Redmond Way Team as our new Maintenance Technician! Are you a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in keeping things in top shape? AMLI Residential is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our amazing team at AMLI Redmond Way, a brand-new, luxury apartment community in the heart of downtown Redmond. As a part of our dedicated maintenance crew, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our upscale, 630-unit community runs smoothly and remains in pristine condition. Requirements

• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general repairs.
• Availability for rotating on-call shifts (including evenings and weekends).
• Valid Driver’s License or Reliable transportation.
• The ability to lift, push, and pull up to 100 lbs with ease.

Responsibilities

• Handle everything plumbing to electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
• Respond to service requests quickly and professionally.
• Take rotating on-call shifts (including weekends and nights).
• Keep our amenities—pools, fountains, and shared spaces—looking their best and working flawlessly.
• Catch small issues before they become big ones, conducting inspections and staying proactive in maintenance.
• Help keep the community’s exterior and common areas looking picture-perfect, creating a welcoming environment for all.
