As a Multicraft Maintenance Technician, you’ll work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment performing a wide range of industrial maintenance tasks, including: Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Diagnosing breakdowns and restoring equipment quickly and safely Performing preventive and predictive maintenance Working closely with production and other maintenance team members Continuously expanding your technical skills through paid training and advancement programs No one expects you to know everything—PCA invests in training so you can grow your skills and earnings over time.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn multi-craft skills
  • Must be available to work all shifts (shift assigned at hire)
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

  • Technical degree or certification (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance, etc.)
  • Experience in corrugated packaging, printing, converting, or manufacturing
  • Experience with boilers and/or steam systems
  • Experience with PLC troubleshooting

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Diagnosing breakdowns and restoring equipment quickly and safely
  • Performing preventive and predictive maintenance
  • Working closely with production and other maintenance team members
  • Continuously expanding your technical skills through paid training and advancement programs
