About The Position
As a Maintenance Technician, you will help complete all maintenance on the production lines. You will report to the Maintenance Planner and Maintenance Manager. You will work at our Indianapolis Bakery plant, and earn $36.55.
Requirements
- 6 months of experience working maintenance in a production, manufacturing or distribution environment with automated machinery
- Can understand blueprints.
Responsibilities
- Receive training to perform maintenance job duties.
- Review the work schedule, check equipment and supplies required to perform the work scheduled, and prepare for operations. This will include Preventative Maintenance.
- Conduct shift turnovers to coordinate line calls, review assigned maintenance tasks, pending equipment issues, provide assistance to line operations and guide outside contractors.
- Review emergency and non-emergency situations and respond.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and install various types of electrical and production equipment.
- Support the Conagra Performance System.
- Complete preventative maintenance tasks and use maintenance software to ensure an efficient flow of production.
- Assist all with repairs.
- Provide inputs to supervisors to schedule maintenance.
