You'll be the superhero our residents rely on, keeping their world running smoothly from leaky faucets to flickering lights. It's about making a real difference in their lives (and their homes!).
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience bringing the fix-it magic.
- Customer service is your superpower (positive attitude included!).
- You can rock solo tasks and take ownership like a boss.
- You speak fluent "resident" and "technician" (communication is key!).
Responsibilities
- Become a maintenance whiz, tackling electrical, plumbing, HVAC & more!
- Swoop in and save the day, responding promptly to resident requests.
- Be a property detective, spotting and fixing potential problems before they arise.
- Team up with the lead technician and other awesome folks to keep things humming.
