About The Position

As a Maintenance Technician I, you will be an integral part of a team responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our sites. Requirements

2+ years of experience in industrial or production maintenance (breakdown experience preferred).
Electrical experience, including exposure to: 3-phase high-voltage systems, Low-voltage systems, AC/DC electrical systems, Control wiring and powered equipment.
Solid skills in at least four of the following areas: Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulics, Welding, Pneumatics, Plumbing.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and respond quickly in fast-paced environments.
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and on-call hours.
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Physical capability to perform the job (lift up to 75 lbs., bend, crawl, and climb ladders).
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Apply electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, plumbing, and pneumatic skills to maintain equipment performance.
Perform installation, preventative maintenance, and repairs on industrial car wash equipment.
Diagnose and repair low- and high-voltage electrical systems, including control wiring and 3-phase power.
Travel within the market in a company-provided vehicle to complete scheduled maintenance and respond to urgent repairs.
Minimize downtime by responding quickly to breakdowns and equipment failures.
Collaborate with regional teams on new equipment installations and technology rollouts.
Build strong relationships with teammates who rely on technical expertise.
Maintain safe, efficient, and fully operational locations.
Take advantage of travel opportunities to gain exposure to new equipment, emerging technology, and best practices across multiple locations.
