About The Position
Envolve Community Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Forest Court Apartment Community in Kenton, Ohio. The role involves repairing appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes, sinks, and performing basic carpentry and other general maintenance repairs. The technician performs preventive maintenance, completes work orders and forms to document maintenance equipment operations, and must be available to respond to emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Requirements
- Three or more years of Maintenance Technician experience preferred.
- Experience in plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
- Ability to move heavy equipment safely using proper equipment.
- Reliable transportation.
- Background screening and drug test required.

- HVAC certification.
Responsibilities
- Repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes, and sinks.
