About The Position

Wellspring is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to ensure the effective upkeep, maintenance and repair of all Wellspring facilities, including offices and residential facilities.

Requirements

• Five or more years of maintenance experience is required in areas such as plumbing, carpentry, painting, electric, drywall, mechanical, landscaping, etc., preferably in residential maintenance.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Will be required to provide their own basic hand tools; allowances will be given for upgrade or replacement, when applicable.
• A dependable vehicle, valid drivers' license, and maintaining automotive insurance is required.
• Requires clearances of state and federal background checks, multiple abuse/sex offender registries, and clearance of exclusion lists prior to employment.
• Requires successful passing of a physical for fitness determination for duty.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with work order management applications is preferred.
