Ideal candidate will provide exceptional above standard service to all of our customers. This position does require on-call rotation. Requirements

Maintenance experience
Technical and HVAC understanding
Electronic troubleshooting
Equipment maintenance
Reliable transportation
Prolonged periods standing and walking.
Physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
Able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather.
