Requirements

  • Knowledge in torquing and/or tensioning equipment
  • Physical capabilities to perform the tasks
  • Willingness to work overtime and take call outs

  • Self-motivation in advancing to the highest tech level possible

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the daily maintenance of plant equipment.
  • Pipe fitting, welding, bolt torquing and tensioning, operating various types of mobile equipment, and general maintenance.
  • Provide technical support to Engineering, Operations and Maintenance for the plants electrical and instrumentation systems.
  • Provide design input for projects.
  • Provide state certification welding competency in carbon steel and stainless-steel welding.
  • Demonstrate competency in fabrication of piping from ISO drawings and field fit.
  • Operate torquing and tensioning equipment using hand and hydraulic equipment.
  • Pull exchangers and work in vessels.
  • Operate mobile equipment to include forklifts, sky-tracks, skid steers, cranes, front end loaders.
  • Perform safe rigging and lifting tasks.
  • Perform general maintenance.
  • Pouring concrete, excavations, painting, and etc.
