About The Position

Sentry Management, a national leader in the Community Management Industry is seeking a Maintenance Technicians for our Tampa/Clearwater, FL market. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the quality completion of all maintenance tasks and projects at their assigned association. This position requires interaction with homeowners, vendors, HOA community managers, and the Association Board of Directors.

Requirements

Previous Maintenance experience
Professional, organized and self-motivated
Able to work independently with little supervision
Ability to stand, bend, climb, and walk up to 4 hours per day
Able to safely bend and lift up to 50lbs.
Able to work in variable weather conditions
Possess general computer skills
Hold a valid license to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

Performing regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of building systems, such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
Addressing repair requests from residents and promptly resolving issues related to common areas.
Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of common areas, including outdoor amenities such as pool.
Coordinating with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for repairs.
Other duties as assigned
