About The Position

Marquette Management Inc. is looking for a Maintenance Technician in Carol Stream, IL. This position plays a key role in effectively accomplishing the goal of providing residents with a clean, well-maintained living environment. The responsibilities of the maintenance department include general repairs to apartments and common areas, vacant apartment preparation, snow and trash removal, emergency repairs, cleaning, landscaping, ordering maintenance equipment and supplies, record keeping, accepting deliveries, and moving appliances.

Requirements

• Previous maintenance experience, preferably in the apartment or hotel industry
• Excellent customer service skills
• General computer knowledge
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and apartment turns

Nice To Haves

• HVAC or EPA Universal Certification
• Availability for on-call purposes
• Flexibility and ability to work weekends when necessary
