The Retreat at Dry Creek is seeking a skilled, upbeat, “can‑do” Apartment Maintenance Technician to join their team. This role requires a professional who brings enthusiasm, teamwork, and attention to detail to every task. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with a positive attitude and a passion for great customer service.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License, reliable vehicle, and insurance
- Previous apartment maintenance experience required
- HVAC experience required
- Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Nice To Haves
- HVAC and/ or CPO certifications
Responsibilities
- Completing service requests with professionalism and efficiency
- Maintaining apartment grounds
- Unit punches and make-readies
- General plumbing and electrical repairs
- Pool upkeep and maintenance
- Organizing and maintaining the maintenance shop
- Handling after-hours emergency on-call work orders (shared rotation)
