About The Position

B5 Recruiting is partnering with a large property management organization to hire several Maintenance Technicians. In this role, you will help provide exceptional service to residents and ensure the property is safe, attractive, and well-maintained. You will work closely with the property management team and gain hands-on experience across a variety of trades. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
1–3 years of related experience.
HVAC experience.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Personal set of tools.

Nice To Haves

HVAC, CFC, or CPO certifications; preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Prepare apartments for new residents, including turns and move-outs.
Complete work orders efficiently and professionally.
Keep exterior areas clean and well-presented to maintain curb appeal.
Conduct routine and preventive maintenance.
Perform daily trash pickup and grounds upkeep.
Maintain trash compactors and swimming pools during the season.
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, basic electrical systems, appliances, carpentry and drywall, roofing, and flooring.
Check irrigation systems.
Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Participate in the on-call maintenance rotation.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
