Morgan Properties is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician for a 624-unit apartment community in Eatontown, NJ. Requirements
- Experience performing general maintenance repairs, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to prioritize multiple service requests
- Comfortable using smartphones, mobile work order applications, email, and other technology to manage daily responsibilities
- Active, valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
- Must live within a reasonable distance to support on-call and emergency response
Nice To Haves
- HVAC/EPA/CFC certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and other general maintenance issues
- Complete service requests efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship and customer service
- Perform preventative maintenance to maximize the life and performance of building systems and equipment
- Assist with apartment turns, preparing homes for new residents
- Maintain the interior and exterior of the community in accordance with company standards, safety requirements, and applicable regulations
- Support seasonal responsibilities and help maintain the overall appearance of the property
- Communicate professionally with residents and onsite team members regarding repairs, timelines, and updates
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support after-hours maintenance needs and emergency response

- $1,500 Sign-On Bonus
- Base Pay: $22.00–$26.00 per hour
