About The Position

Nouria Energy Corporation is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to oversee the repair, maintenance, and overall functionality of multiple retail and convenience store locations on the North Shore. This hands-on role is ideal for a skilled maintenance professional with strong experience in light carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general interior/exterior facility upkeep who can prioritize work across a multi-unit environment. This role helps ensure our facilities remain operational, safe, and customer-ready while supporting the overall success of our stores. The Maintenance Technician will oversee preventative and reactive maintenance across multiple retail and convenience store locations, helping ensure each site remains fully functional, well maintained, and aligned with company standards.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of facilities maintenance experience REQUIRED
Strong skills in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance
Ability to manage multiple priorities across locations
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

Experience in retail or multi-unit environments preferred
Trade certification or technical training
Experience in convenience store or QSR environments
Experience managing vendors or small teams

Responsibilities

Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance across multiple retail locations
Perform and/or coordinate repairs including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance
Manage and prioritize service calls to ensure timely resolution
Troubleshoot maintenance issues independently
Ensure all work is completed safely and meets company standards
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams
Maintain maintenance logs, schedules, and inventory
Support store operations to ensure facilities remain fully functional
Participate in on-call rotation for urgent needs
