About The Position
Pedcor Homes is hiring a Part-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at Riverwood Apartments. We are looking for a customer-focused professional with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a team-first mindset. This role is responsible for keeping communities running and ensuring residents notice the quality of work. The job involves handling service requests, apartment turns, make-readies, grounds maintenance, general plumbing, electrical and drywall repairs, debris removal, and other maintenance projects throughout the community.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience
- On-call availability
- Weekend availability
- A valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Car insurance
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Nice To Haves
- HVAC certification
- CPO certification
Responsibilities
- Handle service requests
- Complete apartment turns and make-readies
- Perform grounds maintenance
