Requirements

Experience using computerized maintenance management systems.
Knowledge of maintenance practices appropriate for a licensed nursing home setting.
Understanding of maintenance requirements in commercial food service environments, including sanitation and coordination with kitchen operations.
Must have a valid Florida Driver's license.
Must have the ability to read, write and speak English.

Nice To Haves

Prefer vocational or technical education or related experience.

Responsibilities

Responsible for performing repairs involving, but not limited to, carpentry, painting, plumbing and basic electrical HVAC work.
