About The Position

The Maintenance Technician will perform required maintenance on the plant's machinery and equipment. This role involves troubleshooting electrical and electronic components, ensuring work orders are completed, maintaining parts inventory, and completing all required paperwork and data entry. The technician will also assist in training coworkers and perform other duties as assigned by management. A minimum of 1 year of Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic experience or documented training is required. The ability to troubleshoot applicable drives and PLCs, read mechanical diagrams and electrical schematics, and a good knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems are essential.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic experience, or documented training.
Must be able to troubleshoot applicable drives and PLCs.
Must be able to read mechanical diagrams and electrical schematics.
Must have a good knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Performs required maintenance on, manufacturing production machinery and equipment.
Assists other maintenance personnel in performing mechanical maintenance.

Responsibilities

Perform required maintenance on plant’s machinery and equipment
Follow and ensure that coworkers adhere to all applicable safe work policies & procedures.
Troubleshoot electrical and electronic components.
Ensure that all work orders provided are completed as requested, or solution is reached.
Maintain parts inventory.
Complete all paperwork and data entry as required.
Assist in the training of coworkers.
Other duties as assigned by management.
