About The Position

ADM Milling is seeking a high-potential individual to join our Maintenance Department as a Maintenance Technician in Beech Grove, IN. This is a full-time, hourly position with a pay range of $22-$31/hr. The role involves installing and maintaining machinery and equipment, operating various tools, troubleshooting mechanical failures, and repairing mechanical drive systems. The position is on the 1st shift (7:00 am - 3:30 pm) with an on-call weekend rotation. Benefits begin on day one of employment.

Exhibit regular and prompt attendance
Able to meet physical requirements of the position including, but not limited to: prolonged periods of standing and sitting, working in confined spaces and from heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, working in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc), lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
Willing to work weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime if needed
Demonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in team setting when needed
Exhibit a professional image at all times; maintain a positive and respectful attitude
Basic welding, layout and fabrication skills
Experience with V-belt and Chain drive systems
Machine troubleshooting and repair skills
Experience with 480 volt – 3 phase motor circuits
Hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge a plus
