Requirements
- At least 2 years of maintenance experience (required)
- HVAC certification (required)
- A strong work ethic and a true “can-do” mindset
- Customer-service focus—you know how to work with residents, not just units
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active car insurance
Nice To Haves
- CPO certification (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Tackling service requests with efficiency and care
- Completing apartment turns/punch work to get homes move-in ready
- Handling general plumbing and electrical repairs
- Supporting pool operations
- Assisting with snow removal when needed
