About The Position

Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team at Groves of Lawrenceville, a 322-unit apartment community in Lawrenceville, GA. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the property to ensure a great living experience for residents. This role involves monitoring the property for repairs, completing work requests for common areas and units, performing preventative maintenance, assessing and repairing appliances, assisting in preparing vacant units, and occasional on-call duties. A trip stipend is provided if called back to the site after regular work hours. The position also requires creating and maintaining a safe work environment.

Requirements

• 1 - 2 years previous experience in maintenance preferred
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, and painting
• Valid drivers' license and insurance may be required

Nice To Haves

• HVAC and EPA experience preferred
• CPO certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for any repairs or replacements that may arise
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartment units
• Perform preventative maintenance on property
• Assess and repair appliances as needed
• Assist in preparing vacant units ready for new residents
