This role involves performing scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, completing and documenting guest and associate work orders, troubleshooting and repairing minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, maintaining and cleaning pool systems and chemicals, repairing furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment, performing seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties, and operating and maintaining hand tools and power equipment.

Requirements

Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required
Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods

Nice To Haves

Hotel maintenance experience preferred
HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus

Responsibilities

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care
Complete and document guest and associate work orders
Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals
Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances
Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties
Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment
