Requirements

Previous industrial maintenance experience required.
Experience in either mechanical maintenance or electrical maintenance.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to safely use maintenance tools and equipment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Replace bearings, belts, chains, gears, pumps, motors, and other mechanical components.
Complete equipment inspections and preventive maintenance tasks.
Work with production to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems on industrial equipment.
Diagnose issues involving motors, controls, sensors, PLCs, drives, and electrical components.
Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
Perform preventative electrical maintenance and equipment upgrades.
Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently while following electrical safety standards.
