About The Position

Avery Dennison is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join their Materials Group at the Spinach Dr. facility. This role is responsible for ensuring operational uptime through expert diagnosis and repair of production line issues. The shift is Monday – Thursday, 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM, with a $2.00/hour shift differential. The position involves troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic breakdowns, performing preventative and predictive maintenance, building and installing electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic circuits, and maintaining safety and quality standards (cGMP, ISO 9001, medical quality standards). Collaboration with diverse teams is also a key aspect of the role.

Requirements

3-5 years of mechanical and electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proven ability to troubleshoot AC/DC drive systems and use electrical test equipment.
Resilient problem-solver who can pivot quickly when production priorities shift.
High School Diploma/GED or 3+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.
Ability to lift/push up to 50 lbs and work comfortably at heights using ladders.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic breakdowns.
Execute planned and predictive maintenance to ensure facility peak performance.
Build and install electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic circuits from technical drawings.
Maintain a "Safety-First" mindset while adhering to cGMP, ISO 9001, and medical quality standards.
Collaborate across diverse teams to support production during high-stress breakdowns.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
