About The Position
General Maintenance Technician Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician who takes pride in doing the job right the first time? We're looking for a reliable, hands-on professional to join our growing residential leasing team. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where your work directly improves our residents' experience every day.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on maintenance or construction experience
- Strong working knowledge of drywall, painting, and general repairs
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and personal tools
- Cell phone with active service (for communication and work orders)
Nice To Haves
- HVAC Certification or hands-on HVAC experience
Responsibilities
- Completing general maintenance and repair work orders efficiently
- Performing drywall repair, patching, and painting (interior & exterior)
- Handling light carpentry projects and unit turns
- Installing and troubleshooting appliances
- Performing basic electrical and plumbing repairs
- Assisting with HVAC-related maintenance as needed
