About The Position
Join EXALTA Group as a Maintenance Technician supporting CNC and secondary equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is key to keeping operations running efficiently by minimizing downtime and driving preventative maintenance across the facility. We’re looking for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working hands-on with equipment, and being a critical part of the production team.
Requirements
- Experience in industrial maintenance (CNC experience preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings
- Hands-on, team-oriented mindset with a focus on minimizing downtime
Responsibilities
- Maintain, repair, and install CNC and secondary production equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Diagnose issues and perform repairs to minimize downtime
- Perform routine PMs including inspections, lubrication, and part replacement
- Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues early
- Support electrical, HVAC, and overall facility maintenance
- Assist with installation and repair of wiring, plumbing, and machinery
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Plan and execute repair work efficiently
- Support efforts to improve equipment reliability and uptime
