About The Position

Myan Management Group, LLC. is actively seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician in Sparks, NV to keep our apartments in excellent working condition, deliver outstanding customer service, and assist the Property Manager in day-to-day operations. In this role, you will also supervise the maintenance staff. This maintenance technician position offers competitive pay starting at $23-$25 per hour, depending on the size of the property. As a Maintenance Technician, you play a vital role in keeping the property in an attractive, safe, and functional condition. You will supervise make-ready technician, service technicians, groundskeepers, and housekeepers. You will collaborate closely with the Property Manager to report supply needs, staff issues, and potential liability concerns. You will train maintenance staff and oversee the performance of contractors and vendors. You will identify and report safety hazards while ensuring timely corrective actions. You will take pride in maintaining the visual appeal and operational integrity of our grounds, buildings, and apartment units.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in property management
• HVAC and EPA certification
• Ability to be available for “on-call” emergencies 24/7
• Valid driver's license
