About The Position

Our state-of-the-art machine shop is seeking a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in machine repair of vertical and horizontal mill and lathes. This role involves performing routine maintenance and repair on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance, troubleshooting and diagnosing issues, repairing and replacing defective parts, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with the production team to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience preferred in CNC or Industrial maintenance
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Nice To Haves

• Robotic experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machines
