About The Position

The full-time maintenance technician position works among our Phoenix facilities handling all daily maintenance needs and repairs which can include plumbing, drywall, HVAC and appliances, this position will be performing most of the services needed. The ideal candidate will be a team-player with a background in construction, painting, plumbing, or other skilled labor. Shift: Monday- Friday (8:00 AM - 4:00PM)

Requirements

  • Understands the fundamentals of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and refurbishing
  • Willing to engage in continuing education for the position.
  • Self-directed, well organized and motivated.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Computer proficiency
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
  • Successful completion of a drug screen required

  • Build - to make something by putting together parts or materials; construct; erect. This includes layout and assembly techniques, cutting, fitting, fastening, and joinery.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in construction, painting, plumbing, or other skilled labor.
  • Minimum of three years of full-time maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, repair & upgrade the physical condition of properties.
  • Prioritizes and performs service requests in a timely manner.
  • Perform regular inspections of the property.
  • Interacts with a wide range of people and be personable and trustworthy.
  • Services appliances, equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, etc.
  • Routine pest control maintenance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
