Maintenance Technician with previous manufacturing experience needed on-site in Kenosha, WI. This role supports High Performance Doors, under the brand names Dynaco, Albany, and TKO, on-site in the Kenosha, WI facility. We are the ASSA ABLOY Group. Requirements

  • 3-5+ years experience of related maintenance experience (i.e. electrical, mechanical)
  • Practical experience with manufacturing, assembly and welding equipment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 programs

Nice To Haves

  • Degree or certificate in a maintenance or technical field from a trade, technical school or community college is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Repair faulty equipment or dismantle defective machines and equipment and install new or repaired parts.
  • Install and repair electrical apparatus, and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment.
  • Set up and operate machine tools such as lathe, grinder, drill, and milling machine.
  • Install, program, or repair automated machinery and equipment such as robots or programmable controllers.
  • Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.
  • Repair and maintain physical structure of establishment.
  • Operate cutting torch or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts.
  • Participate in development and implementation of preventative maintenance procedures.
  • Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems as well as schedule repairs to ensure everything is up to standard.
