Maintenance Technician with previous manufacturing experience needed on-site in Kenosha, WI. This role supports High Performance Doors, under the brand names Dynaco, Albany, and TKO, on-site in the Kenosha, WI facility. We are the ASSA ABLOY Group. Requirements

3-5+ years experience of related maintenance experience (i.e. electrical, mechanical)
Practical experience with manufacturing, assembly and welding equipment
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 programs

Nice To Haves

Degree or certificate in a maintenance or technical field from a trade, technical school or community college is a plus

Responsibilities

Repair faulty equipment or dismantle defective machines and equipment and install new or repaired parts.
Install and repair electrical apparatus, and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment.
Set up and operate machine tools such as lathe, grinder, drill, and milling machine.
Install, program, or repair automated machinery and equipment such as robots or programmable controllers.
Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.
Repair and maintain physical structure of establishment.
Operate cutting torch or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts.
Participate in development and implementation of preventative maintenance procedures.
Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems as well as schedule repairs to ensure everything is up to standard.
