About The Position
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. This role is responsible for ensuring our properties are well-maintained, move-in ready, and that resident service requests are handled efficiently and professionally.
Requirements
- Previous maintenance experience required (property management preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify issues proactively
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred

Responsibilities
- Respond to and complete maintenance service requests in a timely manner
- Perform “make-ready” duties to prepare units for new residents
- Handle move-out repairs and ensure units meet company standards
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and tools
- Identify and report any major repairs or safety concerns
- Work closely with property management team to meet deadlines and expectations
