Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with insurance requirements.
Must possess a valid driver's license and meet applicable driving eligibility requirements.
Working knowledge of general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
Ability to troubleshoot issues, prioritize work orders, and recognize when specialized assistance is needed.
Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail, with a commitment to safety and preventative maintenance.
Professional, guest-focused communication and a collaborative, positive attitude.
Flexibility to respond to changing operational needs, including weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibilities as required.
