About The Position
Buckingham is seeking a tenacious maintenance professional who demonstrates a high sense of urgency, manages priorities effectively, is coachable and overcomes obstacles. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining optimal resident experience, property performance and presentation.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently.
- Reliable transportation.
- Availability for 24-hour, on-call maintenance upon schedule.
- Must carry an owned smartphone device (cell phone reimbursement will be awarded).
- High degree of accountability and ownership.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Internal and external customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily repairs and maintenance of the apartment community.
- Perform services needed for HVAC systems, electrical/mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, mechanical equipment and refurbishment of apartments.
