Requirements

• 2+ years of residential maintenance experience (Plumbing, HVAC, Drywall, Carpentry, Electrical, Appliance Repair).
• Problem-solving skills.
• Great communication and teamwork skills.
• A positive attitude.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation.
• A working smartphone.
• Ability to work on-call for evening and weekend rotations.
• Pass a background check.
