In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations. This position plays a key part in minimizing downtime and supporting a safe, productive work environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
  • Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
  • Basic computer skills for maintenance tracking and documentation.
  • Ability to lift 60 lbs. and work in a fast-paced, industrial environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to identify and resolve issues quickly.
  • Respond to maintenance requests to minimize production interruptions.
  • Install, adjust, and test new machines or equipment as needed.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and parts usage.
  • Assist in developing and improving maintenance procedures and schedules.
  • Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives across the plant.
  • Ensure all work complies with company safety standards and regulatory requirements.
