The Maintenance Technician is focused on repairs of components and reports to the Maintenance Manager. This role is perfect for an individual who is organized, flexible, and who is a leader. A vital member of the Maintenance Team, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.
Requirements
- Electrical and mechanical plant maintenance including the repair and installation of machinery and equipment as assigned and directed by supervisor
- PLC experience
- Troubleshoot to determine appropriate repairs including the replacement of defective parts
- Assemble, install, test, and inspect machines and equipment as needed
- Assist with the completion of all required preventative and routine maintenance of equipment and machinery
- Assist in upgrading equipment including fabrication of parts
Responsibilities
- Conduct repairs and replacements of faulty components to ensure continuous production processes.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, implementing timely and effective solutions.
- Repair and replace faulty components and equipment
- Assist in the installation of new machinery and equipment as needed.
- Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical systems and equipment according to established schedules.
