About The Position

Banyan Treatment Centers is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join their team in Stuart, FL. This part-time role is crucial in ensuring the safety, functionality, and upkeep of the facility, providing a clean and well-maintained environment for both patients and staff. The Maintenance Technician will report to the Director of Operations and work Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:30 AM to 4 PM. Requirements

Five or more years of maintenance experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Safe driving record with a clean DMV report for the last 3 years
Must be 21+ years old (insurance requirement)
Knowledge of OSHA & infection control practices

Nice To Haves

Experience in residential, hospital or medical settings, preferred

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, remodeling, renovations, and repairs.
Ensure compliance with building, safety, and health codes.
Install and maintain appliances, furniture, and fixtures.
Monitor and respond to maintenance issues in a timely manner.
Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and integrity of the entire facility.
