Requirements

• Proven experience in maintenance work involving plumbing, electrical wiring, mechanical repair, and carpentry.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments accurately.
• Physical ability to climb ladders and perform manual labor.
• Good hearing and verbal communication skills to understand instructions and report issues.
• Plumbing, electrical wiring, and mechanical repair skills are applied daily to troubleshoot and resolve facility issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Precision measuring is essential for verifying the accuracy of repairs and installations, maintaining high-quality standards.
• Carpentry and drywall skills enable the technician to address structural repairs and modifications, contributing to the overall integrity of the building.
• Climbing ladders safely is necessary to access elevated equipment and infrastructure, while strong communication skills facilitate clear reporting and coordination with team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, electrical wiring, plumbing, and structural components.
• Diagnose and repair issues related to mechanical equipment, electrical circuits, plumbing fixtures, and building infrastructure.
• Use precision measuring tools to assess and ensure the accuracy of repairs and installations.
• Install, repair, and maintain drywall, carpentry elements, and other building materials as needed.
• Climb ladders and access elevated areas safely to inspect and service equipment or building components.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to report issues and coordinate maintenance schedules.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements during maintenance operations.
