Requirements

  • Proven experience in maintenance work involving plumbing, electrical wiring, mechanical repair, and carpentry.
  • Ability to use precision measuring instruments accurately.
  • Physical ability to climb ladders and perform manual labor.

  • Plumbing, electrical wiring, and mechanical repair skills are applied daily to troubleshoot and resolve facility issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

  • Carpentry and drywall skills enable the technician to address structural repairs and modifications, contributing to the overall integrity of the building.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, electrical wiring, plumbing, and structural components.

  • Use precision measuring tools to assess and ensure the accuracy of repairs and installations.
  • Install, repair, and maintain drywall, carpentry elements, and other building materials as needed.
