Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass a background check
- Pass a motor vehicle check
- Dependable
- Able to lift heavy objects
- Able to work on an on-call rotation
- Valid driver's license
Nice To Haves
- Experience is preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently with little direction
- Coachable and willing to learn and excel in HVAC maintenance
- Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment and working in outdoor conditions
