About The Position

This is a part-time role for a Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining and repairing garage equipment, ensuring the cleanliness of facilities and lots, assisting with traffic closure setups, and operating company vehicles. The role requires a self-starter with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and adapt to changing work requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain/repair garage equipment
• Ensure cleanliness of all facilities and lots (sweeping/mopping, pressure washing, trash removal)
• Assist with setup of barricades for traffic closures
• Operate company owned vehicles for various purposes
• Other duties as assigned
